The street door opens with the code 4271 followed by the bell symbol.
The apartment is on the 3rd floor, door B. The keypad code is the last four digits of your booking.
A spare key hangs inside the hallway cupboard — please leave it there when you go out.
Use the white remote on the living room shelf. Press MODE for cool (snowflake) or heat (sun).
22°C is comfortable in summer. The unit works best with the balcony doors closed.
Each bedroom has its own unit and remote on the bedside table.
Turn on with the grey remote, then press the HOME button.
Netflix and YouTube are installed — please sign out of your accounts before leaving.
For Spanish channels, press SOURCE and choose TV.
Fill the tank with fresh water and switch on with the side button.
Wait for the steady light, insert a capsule and press the cup button.
A welcome set of capsules is in the ceramic jar. Empty the used capsules into the small bin.
Detergent pods are in the basket above the machine — one pod per load.
Programme 3 (Eco 40°) takes around 2 hours and suits most clothes.
There is a drying rack behind the kitchen door for the balcony.
Place one tablet in the small compartment inside the door.
Press the power button, then P2 for the standard 1-hour programme.
Please run it once before check-out and leave the door ajar.
Hot water is instant — no need to switch anything on.
Give the shower 10–15 seconds to warm through.
If the water stays cold, check that the small blue switch in the hallway cupboard is up.
The street is a residents-only zone (SER), so street parking is not possible.
Parking Las Letras on Calle Cervantes 5 costs around €24 per day.
Tell reception you are staying at Casa Sol for the reduced guest rate.
Separate bins are under the kitchen sink: yellow for plastic, blue for paper, grey for the rest.
Street containers are 40 metres to the left of the building entrance.
Glass goes in the green igloo container on the same corner.
